Event Description
about the class:
In this non-flow base class, we will go through yoga poses which targeting on released the tension on the tight muscles and open our body. All these stretches are aiming for releasing the tension in our body & mind and also improving the performance on sports & daily life. Props may be used during the class. Suitable for all level students.
Venue: Please contact me for the venue details, mostly in HK island central and western area
Things to bring along:
1) Yoga mat (recommended)
2) workout clothes
3) Water
4) Towels (please bring 1 small towel)
5) Props (yoga block, straps.. etc.)
Class fee: pay what you wish
Remark:
1) Please do not have a big meal 2-3 hours before the class.
2) class will be conducted in English, Chinglish or Cantonese. :P

課堂上導師會透過瑜伽式子去放鬆緊的肌肉以及打開身體以逹致放鬆, 減壓以及改善運動表現和日常生活.
如有需要可帶輔助道具協助.
適合各種程度學生.

1) 瑜伽席 (建議)
2) 運動衫或舒適的衣服
