大家一齊來街頭健身!做運動不一定走到健身房,我們在公園的健身站已可以鍛練身體。街頭健身有很多變化及招式。無論是初學者想學習基本功或者進階朋友想練習「人旗」(兩手緊握垂直柱體,身體凌空呈90度打橫狀態,像旗幟一樣掛在柱上的動作)想鍛練肌肉、提升體力的朋友,歡迎參加我們街頭健身。
