Religieuse, 修女泡芙是法國傳統甜點，跟閃電泡芙做法是相近的，但外形酷似修女的背影，因此得了一個如此莊嚴美麗的外號，而內裡注入的吉士忌廉，就是整個甜點味道的所在。

在這次的工作坊，我們會教授如何製作泡芙外皮、鋪在泡芙表面的酥皮，以及重點煮製含有熱情果茸與鮮熱情果汁的吉士忌廉，跟最後的甜點組合、裝飾。每人會帶走3個修女泡芙。

Religieuse, basically refers to two choux pastry buns, stacking the smaller one up the larger one, filled with pastry cream of your flavour preference. This traditional french pastry abstractly resembles the shape of a nun, with the head and the body.

Our Passion Fruit Religieuse here are covered on top with yellow crumble and filled with freshly-made passion fruit pastry cream and whipped cream, and then decorated with air-dried lemon thin slices. 

In this workshop, you are going to learn this french classics from our guest instructor, Luna, all from scratch. You may take home with 3 delicious and elegant Religieuse after the 3-hour-long class.
