課堂將會由基本動作學起，再組合成 Vortex 招式，Ka Whoops 將帶大家發展出不同的Vortex變奏，發掘從旋渦中舞動的魅力。

About Ka Whoops
KaWhoops is originally from Sardinia & started hooping since 2013. Now based in Berlin and travelling around the world spreading her hoop love. She is specialied in single, twins & multihooping.
She is co-founder of CircBreakers Berlin hosting hoop classes, hoop jams & co-organizer of WE HOOP - Sardinia Hula Hoop Weekend, the 1st international hoop festival in Sardinia of Italy.
She loves to explore new moves and loses herself into the magic hoop!
What to expect

Hoop Dance 結合舞蹈與運動，為一種low impact 的運動。
