Hoop Dance 是一種自由流動的體藝活動，讓呼啦圈舞動迴旋在身體四周不但樂趣無限，更帶來美妙的視覺效果。

Grace 將會帶同她自家的手做呼拉圈，聚會中歡迎嘗試以身體各部位把呼拉圈旋轉和一起練習。

歡迎所有 Hoopers 以及有興趣新體驗Hoop Dance 的新朋友， 一眾Flow Friends 請帶同你的 Flow Toy 齊齊分享。

Hoop Dance is a new form of free movement with hoop manipulation. Spinning and dancing with the hoop creates infinity fun and amazing visual effects.

Grace will bring her handmade hoops, please feel free to try out hooping with various parts of your body. We will practicing and jamming together.

Open to all hoopers and newbies wants to experience hoop dance. Flow friends are welcome to bring your flow toys to share the fun evening!
